2. Master Of Time Exercise
Your experience of time is something that you choose.
You'll get started and your mind will be racing. It'll scream at you. You'll ask yourself, "What the hell am I doing this for?" You'll feel nervous, silly. You'll want to get on with it. You'll feel pressure to move faster, to get it done.
But don't give in.
Go even slower. See it through. Perservere. Take your time. And then, go even slower. I dare you. This will be hard. But you can do it. You might even hate me, asking you to do this. Nevermind. The question isn't whether you can do it. The question is whether you will do it. Just resolve to do it. That's it.
